We are asking that all clients get a tax-id for serving you.The client has every rights to refuse releasing personal data and would be instructed on what to do to secure that the work is done properly. We respect your right to privacy and we are asking permission to handle all important matters that are for hire as a consultant to help aid and market career in the industry. We have the rights to refuse clients and ideas if they don’t meet any of the standards of our organization. NAMA is an introductory level to assist the artist however, additional fees may apply through recommendation and referrals. We are the craftsman to your work and our only relation to this project is administration. In exchange we are asking for 5% as a finders fee once is obtain and 10% on marketing and Merchandising.The clients is also aware that all financial responsibility is the client and we are not liable as a company for pre-production of work or usage of others involved in the project.Nonetheless, only the client affiliated with us through NAMA  are assisted by us for consideration. We are work for hire and the business insight that is needed to be successful. We are not liable as a company if artist did not provide correct information upon assessment or infringement of other copywritten material as a company and therefore we are not liable for any damages due to neglience of our clients.
